Job summary

ANZUK Education is supporting a Catholic school in Melbourne's south-east to recruit a Head of House who will lead student wellbeing, pastoral care and behaviour management for students in Years 10–12. This ongoing leadership role offers a three-year tenure with a January 2027 start date and a collaborative culture.

You will work with staff, students and families in a safe, nurturing environment, with modern facilities and a community committed to academic and personal excellence.

Qualifications

• Current VIT registration (or equivalent)
• Full working rights in Australia
• CV

Responsibilities

• Foster student wellbeing, pastoral care and positive behaviour by supporting students, staff and families within a safe and nurturing environment.
• Oversee students from Years 10–12.
• Collaborate with staff, families and the wider school community to support student outcomes.
