Job summary

HSBC is seeking a senior Fund Administration Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product management, operating model design and roadmap for global funds administration. You will partner with cross-border stakeholders, clients and vendors to design scalable processes and strengthen the product function across regions.

You will drive pricing, product architecture, service definitions and sales collateral while collaborating with IT, regulatory bodies and industry groups to deliver compelling

Qualifications

• Significant operational experience as a subject matter expert in fund administration.
• Deep knowledge of securities market and funds administration products.
• Strong understanding of technology supporting fund administration platforms.
• A strategic, results-focused mindset with change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and enhance Fund Administration operating models for scalability.
• Develop market and product strategy and roadmap for Fund Administration.
• Build and strengthen product management and development functions across teams.
• Collaborate on pricing, architecture, service definition and sales collateral.
• Support client pitches, RFPs and due diligence with marketing collateral.
• Lead strategic change programs and sponsor product change control processes.
• Manage relationships with fund accounting software vendors and IT.
