Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks a senior leader to head Fund Manager Partnerships, shaping the investment proposition and managing senior fund-manager relations. You will drive the investment product roadmap, identify opportunities for client outcomes, and guide onboarding and governance for the Wrap platform.

You will lead a high-performing team, influence strategic partnerships, and ensure risk and regulatory alignment across wealth and investment platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in investment product management, platform products, wealth management or funds management.
• Develop and execute product and commercial strategies that drive growth and client outcomes.
• Deep understanding of investment markets, fund management and product development.
• Proven experience building and managing strategic partnerships with fund and asset managers.
• Stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering outcomes through others.
• Governance, risk and regulatory requirements within wealth and investment platforms.
• A commercially minded, strategic and execution-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of our investment offering and fund manager partnerships.
• Build and manage senior relationships with fund and asset managers to identify opportunities for investment solutions.
• Drive the investment product roadmap and shape our proposition through market insights and partnerships.
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for investment onboarding and governance, ensuring strong execution and risk management.
• Contribute to the growth and differentiation of our platform through commercial acumen and stakeholder leadership.
