Job summary

Team Super is seeking an Executive Manager, Head of Fund Administration to lead day-to-day oversight, governance and risk for the outsourced fund administration relationship.

The role sits in the Transformation Business Unit, reports to the Chief Transformation Officer, and requires strong stakeholder engagement, commercial leadership and a track record in delivering remediation and governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in outsourced fund administration.
• Deep knowledge of superannuation administration and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong governance, reporting and remediation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced fund administration governance and performance.
• Lead vendor relationship management and risk oversight.
• Drive commercial discussions and service improvements.
