Job summary

Toll Aviation, part of Toll Group, seeks a seasoned Head of Fixed Wing Engineering to lead all fixed wing engineering activities, airworthiness and fleet readiness on operations across Australia.

Reporting to the VP of Fixed Wing, you will drive strategy, governance and regulatory compliance with CASA standards, while partnering with executives and operations to meet business objectives and safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma of Avionics in Aviation.
• Experience leading engineering teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead fixed wing engineering, maintenance and fleet management.
• Ensure ongoing airworthiness and regulatory compliance across the fleet.
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency and operational performance improvements.
• Oversee governance, risk management and CASA regulatory compliance.
