Pay’s Air Service Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced aviation engineering leader to oversee our engineering organisation. You will guide and develop the team, plan major maintenance, and ensure aircraft readiness across Australia and Europe, including our PT6-powered fleet and historic aircraft.

The role requires strong technical credibility and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead from Scone, NSW, mentor engineers and interact with field bases, with opportunities for

Qualificações

Strong aviation maintenance experience and technical credibility.
Proven experience leading, supervising or developing people.
Willing to be based in Scone, NSW and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

Lead, coach and develop our engineering team
Plan and coordinate maintenance activity and major maintenance inputs and projects
Make sure the right people and resources are on the right jobs
Keep work moving and identify and remove roadblocks
Mentor engineers, apprentices and emerging leaders
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance
Stay connected with engineers at our bases and travel when needed
