Job summary

Lead Engineering Excellence Across Australia's Critical Aviation Operations

At Toll Aviation, we support some of Australia's most important government, defence and emergency services missions. We are seeking an experienced and strategic aviation engineering leader to join our team as Head of Fixed Wing Engineering .

This is a pivotal leadership role with ultimate accountability for fixed wing engineering operations, airworthiness, maintenance performance, compliance, safety and technical excellence across our fleet. You'll work closely with executive leadership, operational teams and key stakeholders to ensure our engineering capability supports both business objectives and customer requirements while maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Fixed Wing, the Head of Fixed Wing Engineering will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all fixed wing engineering and fleet management activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all fixed wing engineering, maintenance and fleet management activities
• Ensuring ongoing airworthiness, regulatory compliance and operational readiness across the fleet
• Providing strategic directionforengineeringcapability, systems and processes
• Managing engineering resources, facilities, tooling, equipment and maintenance infrastructure
• Ensuring appropriately trained, qualified and competent personnel are available across engineering functions
