Marsh is seeking a Head of Enterprise Capability, Pacific to lead the development of an enterprise-wide capability approach across risk, technical capability and training needs. The role is based in Melbourne or Sydney and sits within the Transformation Team, partnering with leaders to shape scalable frameworks and governance.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in capability development, learning and development, or organizational development across multiple areas.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical learning or capability programmes from concept to implementation.
• Experience working in matrixed organisations with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and delivery of a capability curriculum starting with risk capability and expanding across the organisation.
• Assess capability gaps and translate findings into structured learning pathways.
• Develop capability frameworks, governance standards, and reporting processes for consistent delivery.
• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to co-design solutions and embed learning into day-to-day work.
• Oversee curation and delivery of learning content using internal and external partners and blended methods.
• Design evaluation approaches that measure outcomes, uplift, and business impact, and use insights to refine programmes.
