Legal Aid NSW is seeking a Capability and Performance Lead to own a capability domain across learning, leadership, performance or talent. You will design practical content, learning pathways and experience-driven enablement, collaborating with Senior People Partners to align with enterprise frameworks.

You will drive end-to-end program cycles, uplift capabilities and monitor impact, keeping work aligned with organisational priorities while delivering scalable solutions.

Formación

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning, leadership, performance, talent or organisational capability initiatives.
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to translate complex ideas into practical content.
• Ability to work across priorities and coordinate outcomes through collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own an assigned capability and keep its frameworks, tools and guidance clear and scalable.
• Design and deliver structured program cycles across learning, leadership, performance or talent.
• Lead facilitation, content design, pathway development and capability uplift initiatives.
• Partner with Senior People Partners and leaders to understand portfolio needs.
• Coordinate advisory contributions to prioritise organisational outcomes.
• Use data, evaluation results and feedback to improve future design.
• Provide specialist advice on capability development and leadership uplift.
