Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking a senior professional to join the MMB Global Benefits Management team based in Sydney or Melbourne, with hybrid working arrangements. You will lead complex multinational client relationships across Asia-Pacific, offering strategic guidance on employee health and benefits, and helping shape client service strategy and business growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced industry experience.
• Proven experience managing complex client relationships and senior stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrable ability to support new and expanded growth targets.
• Experience supporting business development and client growth activity.
• Well-developed project management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious, deadlines-focused.
• Demonstrated analytical capability with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Relevant tertiary degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of multinational clients as the primary client relationship contact.
• Provide strategic advice on employee health and benefits, global benefits programme design and client service issues.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, client escalations and delivery across internal and external teams.
• Review renewal documents, claims trends and market information to support informed client decisions.
• Contribute to business expansion activity, client onboarding and account strategies.
• Shape team ways of working, mentor junior colleagues and support continuous improvement.
• Enhance the ability to sell additional health and wellbeing projects through the consulting team.
• Work autonomously and flexibly within a geographically diverse team across multiple time zones.
• Support the commercial team’s pursuit of new clients.
