Job summary

Marsh in Australia seeks a Head of Enterprise Capability for the Pacific, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will lead enterprise capability development, starting with risk capability and expanding to broader training needs across the organisation.

You will partner with business leaders to design frameworks, curate learning pathways, measure impact, and uplift capability across Marsh Pacific. The Transformation Team will support scalable governance and content from day one.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in capability development, learning and development, or organisational development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning or capability programmes from concept to implementation.
• Experience working across matrixed organisations with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analysis and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of a capability curriculum beginning with risk capability and expanding to broader needs.
• Assess capability gaps and translate findings into structured learning pathways.
• Develop capability frameworks, competency models, governance standards, and reporting processes.
• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to co-design solutions and embed learning.
• Oversee curation and delivery of learning content using internal/external resources.
• Design evaluation approaches to measure outcomes, uplift, and business impact.
