Head of Ecommerce | Leading Retailer | $140,000 + Super

We are working closely with an industry leader in Gold Coast who are looking to add to their tight-knit team.

They are looking for a Head of Ecommerce who can work autonomously, and collaborate with the rest of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and grow the full eCommerce strategy across multiple platforms
• Optimise and manage our website, user experience, and conversion rates
• Lead and collaborate on digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops
• Analyse data, report on performance, and tweak for speed + scale
• Work closely with design, operations, and marketing teams

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in eCommerce with proven results scaling DTC brands
• Shopify or similar platform expertise
• Strong grasp of CRO, SEO, email, and paid performance marketing
• A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, product-obsessed teams
• Passion for motorsports is a huge plus!

The role:

• Full-time, office-based role in the Gold Coast HQ
