Ecommerce Trade Manager

Sydney

Our client is a global eCommerce powerhouse and are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Trade Manager to lead global ecommerce operations across multiple regions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital innovation, customer experience, and commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day trading and content for global ecommerce websites and apps.
• Lead online performance strategies to drive revenue, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, buying and external partners for seamless campaign and site execution.
• Oversee SEO, PPC, and email initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Support the development of ecommerce strategy and execution of growth initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a content and merchandise specialist.
• Ensure high site functionality, hygiene, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in ecommerce, including at least 1.5 years in a trading manager role.
• Strong commercial understanding and performance-driven mindset.
• Expertise in Shopify, GA4, SEO, and ecommerce best practices.
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience in fashion or beauty B2C environments is a plus.
