Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a senior Head of CRM & Digital Channels to lead the strategy, optimisation and growth of the retailer’s owned digital ecosystem across CRM, loyalty, website and apps. You will drive engagement, revenue growth and customer lifetime value through data-driven lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CRM and digital channels strategy across owned platforms.
• Optimize customer journeys to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention.
• Lead lifecycle marketing programs across acquisition, onboarding, retention and reactivation.
• Drive loyalty program performance through personalised engagement and rewards.
