Job summary

CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of telecommunications solutions in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Global Support Centre and drive high-quality incident resolution across LAN, WAN, wireless and radio networks.

You will mentor junior team members, act as the primary escalation point, and work closely with customers, vendors and field technicians to deliver timely and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IP networking including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls and troubleshooting methods.
• Experience supporting enterprise, industrial or managed networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and guide support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting across enterprise networks, wireless, radio and related technologies.
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex incidents, including major incidents and root cause analysis.
• Act as the technical escalation point, guiding and supporting Customer Support Specialists.
• Mentor and coach team members to build technical capability and consistency.
• Review change plans and customer deliverables to ensure quality and manage risks.
