Job summary

Nine is seeking a Director of Technology for the Consumer Platform to own the technical vision, strategy, and execution of a major transformation. You will lead a 50-75+ engineering team across onshore, offshore, and partner vendors to unify identity, subscriptions, billing, payments, and MarTech.

You will report to Product leadership and collaborate with the board, driving architectural direction, vendor governance, and multi-year budgeting while delivering high-impact, data-driven platforms

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership in large digital transformations
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams including onshore, offshore, and vendor partners
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and execution plans
• Strong budget governance for multi-million-dollar programs

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the Consumer Platform
• Direct engineering org across core domains including Accounts, Engagement, Commerce, Platform Growth and Delivery
• Own the delivery roadmap and ensure milestones and launches
• Manage multi-year budget and oversee offshore and vendor resources
• Represent technology leadership to executives and the board
• Govern vendor relationships and ensure SLAs and delivery quality
