Job summary

Think & Grow is a Global Growth Advisory. This newly created role gives you end-to-end ownership of technology, with product sitting in your remit CTPO.

You'll report to the founder, lead four direct reports and, through them, a 30+ strong engineering and product team, with real budget authority to shape the technology function. You will own engineering, architecture, data and systems, drive platform modernization, and define a roadmap across three business units, including a zero-revenue

Qualifications

• A senior engineering and technology leader with deep technical credibility and a genuine product lens.
• Experience leading engineering across multiple squads or business units.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering, architecture, data and systems across the business, alongside the product function.
• Lead 30+ engineers and product people, with four direct reports and budget authority to shape the tech function.
• Define and execute platform modernization, architecture decisions and vendor management to support rapid growth.
