Job summary

Westpac Bank is seeking a visionary Head of Intelligence, Consumer to lead data, analytics and decision-support across Everyday Banking, Home Lending, Consumer Finance and Retail Banking. You’ll shape the intelligence strategy, collaborate with Data, AI and Risk leaders, and deliver proactive insights embedded in customer journeys.

You will manage Consumer Data and Intelligence teams, drive demand shaping, prioritisation and end-to-end orchestration, and accelerate decisioning with trusted data

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data, analytics, intelligence or decision-support functions in a large, complex organisation.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into an executable analytics portfolio with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of business intelligence, analytics and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Set the intelligence direction across Consumer Banking and COO, aligning demand with outcomes.
• Lead data and intelligence teams and partner with Data, AI, Customer Engagement, Technology and Risk leaders.
• Translate business questions into reusable intelligence products and actionable insights.
• Drive value realisation, adoption and performance across the Consumer Intelligence portfolio.
