Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science and applied AI, including senior leadership.
• Deep expertise in customer analytics and decision intelligence, feature engineering, predictive modelling, causal inference and experimentation.
• Experience leading teams and delivering production-grade AI in highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the whole‑of‑customer intelligence roadmap with product line partners and AI strategy.
• Frame and prioritise use cases with clear decision criteria and owners.
• Lead technical direction across data design, feature engineering, modeling and experimentation.
