Job summary

Westpac Bank is seeking a Head of Data, Consumer within the Consumer data ecosystem. You will set the data strategy and build trusted data products to support analytics, AI, decisioning and customer engagement across Consumer, HL, EDB, and retail teams.

You will lead data governance, quality and regulatory capability, partner with DDAI leaders, and drive a roadmap for data design, engineering and risk management across the business. This is a senior leadership role in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise data strategy and data products.
• Proven ability to align business, data and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments with data risk management.
• Deep understanding of data platforms, modelling, metadata and lineage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data strategy for the Consumer data ecosystem.
