Job summary

Mable is seeking a head of analytics to define the analytics direction across the business. You will work with the executive team to set strategy, lead a team of eight managers and analysts, and ensure analytics drives measurable commercial outcomes. You will own stakeholder relationships and govern data, risk and AI usage.

You will guide dashboards, models and tools used across the company while coaching talent and aligning analytics with product and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years using data to inform decisions with measurable results.
• Experience leading analytics teams and coaching staff.
• Ability to influence executives and manage competing priorities.
• Strong data governance, privacy awareness and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with company priorities.
• Lead analytics teams delivering dashboards, models and tools.
