Job summary

Mable, part of the Attain Healthtech Group, seeks a Head of Analytics to set the direction for analytics across the business. You will lead a team of eight managers and analysts, partnering with the executive team to ensure insights drive commercial outcomes and inform decisions across care and support domains.

You will own data governance, AI governance, dashboards, and models, guiding analytics across product, care, and marketplace teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Eight years using data to inform decisions, including 3+ leading analytics teams.
• Evidence that your analysis changed executive decisions and delivered measurable revenue or cost results.
• Confidence with executives, and the ability to settle competing priorities without escalating them.
• Curiosity, and the judgement to turn loosely defined problems into clear questions and answers.
• Ability to explain complex analysis simply to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience guiding and coaching people, and hiring well.
• Sound judgement on data governance, privacy and risk, ideally in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Set the analytics strategy and roadmap for Mable, in line with company priorities.
• Lead analytics teams that support every part of Mable and collaborate with product.
• Own stakeholder relationships to keep analytics central to decisions.
• Lead the delivery of dashboards, models and tools used across the business.
• Drive AI governance and responsible use of AI within the data platform.
• Coach your team through regular feedback and development conversations.
• Drive initiatives that raise revenue or reduce costs and measure outcomes.
