AI Talent is seeking a data analyst to transform raw data into business insights, supporting strategic decisions across the organisation. You will gather, process and interpret data, using Power BI/Tableau/Looker, SQL, Python or R, while ensuring governance and privacy compliance.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, delivering dashboards and reports that communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, maths, CS, information systems or related field.
• Proven experience as a data analyst with a strong portfolio of analytics work.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modelling and analytics best practices.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality standards and privacy legislation (AU).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain secure data collection, storage, processing and validation processes.
• Evaluate data accuracy, completeness and reliability from multiple sources.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends and provide data-driven answers.
• Apply analytics and visualization to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop clear reports, dashboards and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Write scripts in Python, R or SQL to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with organisational policies.
• Monitor data pipelines and reporting systems for quality and availability.
• Support continuous improvement of data collection methodologies and tools.
