Job summary

Online-Education-Services (OES) is seeking an experienced analytics leader to head analytics, BI, forecasting, and data science, partnering with executives to drive trusted insights that improve student success and organisational performance.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, establish KPI governance, promote self-service analytics, and explore AI and machine learning to enhance decision making. A flexible hybrid working model and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading analytics, BI, insights, or data functions.
• Proven experience influencing senior leaders and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in KPI governance and self-service analytics.
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, forecasting, and data science methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Analytics & Data Science strategy, aligning analytics initiatives with organisational objectives.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to identify opportunities where data improves performance and outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, predictive modelling and scenario-planning activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing Analytics & Data Science team.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leaders.
