Job summary

MTData in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Manager, Account Management to lead our account management function, strengthen customer relationships and drive commercial growth. This hands-on leadership role guides two Account Management Team Leads and sets a cadence for reviews, renewals and cross‑sell opportunities.

You will coach leaders, build capability, and ensure a consistent, data‑driven approach to forecasting, pipeline visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Account Management or Customer Success teams.
• Proven coaching and development of Team Leads or Account Managers.
• Strong understanding of account growth, retention, renewals and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Account Management team through two Team Leads.
• Drive growth and retention across the existing portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and cross-sell.
• Set performance expectations and maintain accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support and Professional Services to deliver a joined-up customer experience.
• Champion customer outcomes with clear account plans.
