Cater Care is seeking a qualified Head Chef to lead the Warrigal kitchen in Albion Park Rail. This full-time, permanent position offers a Monday to Friday roster and the chance to deliver high-quality meals in an aged care setting.

You will oversee daily preparation, ensure dietary needs are met, and maintain food safety standards while fostering a collaborative kitchen environment and excellent resident service.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A recognised trade qualification in cookery.
• Experience in commercial cooking, bulk catering or a similar kitchen environment.
• An understanding of aged care food service and texture-modified diets.
• Strong organisational skills and a commitment to food quality.
• A professional, hands-on approach and a passion for resident satisfaction.

You must also be willing and able to meet the required Police Check and flu vaccination requirements.
