Your responsibilities

As Head Chef, you'll contribute to the smooth daily operation of the kitchen and the delivery of quality meals and service.

Your duties will include:

• Overseeing daily food preparation and bulk cooking to ensure meals are delivered efficiently and consistently.
• Preparing nutritious, high-quality meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Preparing texture-modified meals in accordance with dietary requirements.
• Coordinating tray service and meal presentation.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents.
