ON POINT CATERING SOLUTIONS, operating LightHorse Kitchen in Moorebank, Sydney, is seeking experienced Sous Chefs, Chefs de Parties & Cooks. The role offers the chance to influence menu direction and lead a kitchen team in a modern brasserie environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable brasserie/restaurant.

• Input toward menus.
• Input toward chef specials.
• Train and supervise over 8 staff (if in head/sous chef roll).
• Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules.
• Ensure all safe food practices are maintained.
• Produce innovative and delicious food experiences.

About the role

LightHorse Kitchen, Moorebank sports is a modern brasserie specialising in Australian cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on usinghigh-quality produce, changing the menu with the seasons and keeping up with new food trends. We are looking for a experienced Chef to join our professional kitchen staff of 11 and grow within the role! your working duties and responsibilities will include:

• Input toward menu's
• input towards chef specials
• Train and supervise over 8 staff (if in head/sous chef roll)
