ON POINT CATERING SOLUTIONS, operating LightHorse Kitchen in Moorebank, Sydney, is seeking experienced Sous Chefs, Chefs de Parties & Cooks. The role offers the chance to influence menu direction and lead a kitchen team in a modern brasserie environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable brasserie/restaurant.
• Proven experience leading kitchen staff.
• Passion for food!
• Ability to motivate and work in a team.
• A can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Input toward menus.
• Input toward chef specials.
• Train and supervise over 8 staff (if in head/sous chef roll).
• Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules.
• Ensure all safe food practices are maintained.
• Produce innovative and delicious food experiences.
