The role covers overseeing breakfast, crib and dinner production, managing food safety and budgets, and mentoring staff while building client relationships. FIFO/BIBO from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster with casual and permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens.
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.
