Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our remote operations in Australia. Working in a busy camp environment, you will prepare meals that support mining communities, while adhering to HACCP and high-volume standards.

Roles offer a 14:7 roster, meals and accommodation on site, and potential permanent placement for high performers. Casual and ongoing opportunities provide career growth within a global organisation.

Formación

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens.
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.

These are Bus in Bus out roles from Cooma on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
