Elements of Byron Resort & Spa, located on a stunning Byron Bay beachfront, is seeking a chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will work across Azure Bar and Grill, the SummerSalt food truck, and Breeze Café, delivering refined menus from locally sourced ingredients in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or high-volume catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Work across Azure Bar and Grill, SummerSalt food truck and Breeze Café.
• Base at Azure Bar and Grill with a varied, fast-paced service environment.
