Qualifications

• Highly developed culinary skills and genuine passion for food and customer satisfaction.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities to support a busy service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is desirable.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak seasonal periods.
• Hold relevant qualifications (Diploma or equivalent for Chefs; Certificate IV or equivalent for Cooks).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen operations, contribute to menu creation, prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
• Oversee stock control and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods and assist with stock rotation.
