The role requires at least 3 years in restaurant management, a Certificate III in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related, OH&S awareness, and Food Handling and RSA certificates. This is a permanent full-time role with salary between $70,000 and $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Certificate III in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related.
• OH&S awareness.
• Food Handling and RSA certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the Restaurant while on shift.
• Analyse and plan Restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Handle any customer complaints.
• Training and supervision of barista and floor staff.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Greet and seat customers at venue.
• Planning and organising booked functions.
• Function room, Dining.
