Job summary

Alpine Hotel Bright in Bright VIC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant on shift, drive service standards and manage daily operations, including stock, seating, and function planning.

The role requires at least 3 years in restaurant management, a Certificate III in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related, OH&S awareness, and Food Handling and RSA certificates. This is a permanent full-time role with salary between $70,000 and $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the Restaurant while on shift.
