Traverse Alpine Group is seeking a Head Chef to lead two iconic venues, Elm Dining in Bright and Astra Hotel & Restaurant in Falls Creek. This rare year-round opportunity blends culinary creativity with mountain living, enabling you to craft seasonal menus from top local produce and manage a passionate kitchen brigade.

You’ll drive menu development, mentor your team, and deliver elevated mountain dining experiences in Victoria’s premier alpine destination, while enjoying exceptional work-life

• Lead Two Kitchens across Elm Dining Bright and Astra Hotel & Restaurant Falls Creek.
