Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume operation.
• Proven ability to design seasonal menus from local produce.
• Strong food safety knowledge and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead two venues seasonally across Elm Dining Bright and Astra Hotel Falls Creek.
• Develop and execute creative mountain dining experiences and menus.
• Mentor and inspire the kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional service.
