Roshana Care Group is seeking a Head Chef/Chef for its Murray Bridge facility in SA. You will lead all kitchen operations, oversee budgets, staffing, menus and meal preparation to deliver high-quality meals for residents.

The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Supervisor certificate, and a National Police clearance. Offering AU$75k–AU$85k plus superannuation with opportunities for leadership and professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and oversee all food service in the facility.
• Plan daily food preparation lists and production schedules.

• Collaborate with the facility manager on day-to-day activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Work Health and Safety and aged care policies.
