Roshana Care Group is seeking an Aged Care Cook for Parklands Aged Care in Queensland. This casual/permanent part‑time role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and focused on delivering nutritious meals that support residents’ wellbeing.

You will prepare meals tailored to dietary needs, uphold food safety, and work closely with the care team to create a welcoming dining experience. Certificate III in Cookery and relevant experience are required.

Formación

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Experience as a cook or chef, ideally in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of nutrition, special diets, and food safety standards.
• A genuine passion for preparing meals that make a difference in people’s lives.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, reliable attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this.
• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).

We are looking for Aged Care Cook to join our aged care team at Parklands Aged Care, in a casual/permanent part‑time capacity.

About the Role

As a Cook / Chef, you will be a valued part of our residents’ daily lives—creating meals they look forward to and moments that bring comfort, connection, and enjoyment. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys being active, organised, and making a meaningful impact.

What You Will Be Doing
