Rick's Garage in Palmwoods, NSW, AU, seeks a Head Bartender to own the drinks across three bars: Retro Bar, Whiskey Bar and Garden Bar. You will craft and manage cocktail and non-alc lists and lead the team across busy trade, events, and live music nights.

We offer full‑time hours, Wednesday to Sunday, with two consecutive days off each week and Level 4 under the Restaurant Industry Award. Real ownership of the drinks program and a direct line to leadership await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Head Bartender with leadership experience desired.
• Experience crafting cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage lists.
