The role requires NSW RSA, proven cocktail knowledge, and a passion for premium hospitality. You’ll flex between bar service and floor duties in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• NSW RSA competency required.
• Proven cocktail bar experience in premium venues.
• Strong beverage knowledge and flair behind the bar.
• Passion for hospitality, music, and atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Craft and pour cocktails, wine, beer with consistency and flair.
• Deliver warm, intuitive service to turn guests into regulars.
• Flex between bar duties and floor service as needed by the team.
• Maintain an organized bar setup and uphold quality under pressure.
• Know the wine list, cocktail specs, and tapas menu.
