Job summary

TOKI Bistro & Bar is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar operation and develop the beverage program while managing the bar team in North Sydney. The role involves implementing procedures and ensuring compliance with NSW liquor laws.

Applicants should have at least three years in a senior bartender or bar management role, strong cocktails, wine and spirits knowledge, stock control experience, and the ability to train and lead a team. NSW RSA card and full-time work rights required.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in a senior bartender or bar management role.
• Sound knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits.
• Experience in stock control, ordering and cost management.
• Demonstrated ability to train and lead a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Current NSW RSA competency card.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid Australian work rights or sponsorship eligibility.
