Job summary

Charles Sturt University’s Office of Graduate Research invites applications for a Project Manager, Graduate Research. You will lead strategic projects to enhance HDR training, supervision and student experience, coordinating across faculties and units under the Dean of Graduate Research.

You will manage planning, milestones, budgets and reporting, while building strong partnerships with stakeholders. The role supports change management, communications and resources to improve HDR delivery and

Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification (Master's or PhD) and relevant professional experience.
Experience in the higher education sector with understanding of tertiary education, research projects or university operations; teaching/training desirable.
Strong project management skills with ability to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects within timeframes and budgets.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication; ability to engage stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

Oversee project planning and delivery, milestones, resources, budgets and risks.
Coordinate with stakeholders across faculties and university units.
Contribute to training, change management, strategic reporting and communications.
Improve service delivery and streamline processes for HDR candidates and supervisors.
