Job summary

The University of Queensland is seeking a Coordinator, Candidate Experience to join the Graduate Research School. This full-time continuing role is based at the St Lucia campus and focuses on delivering high-quality HDR programs and events that foster belonging, professional growth, and candidate success.

You will coordinate flagship initiatives such as 3MT, HDR Week, and Awards for Excellence in Graduate Research Training, while managing logistics, communications and reporting to drive

Qualifications

• Degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and demonstrated professional experience.
• Proven experience coordinating events, programs or engagement activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret policies and maintain operational processes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating HDR candidate experience programs and flagship initiatives including 3MT, HDR Week and Awards for Excellence in Graduate Research Training.
• Managing operational delivery of engagement activities: planning, logistics, communications, scheduling and evaluation.
• Building relationships across units to support successful program outcomes.
• Monitoring participation and feedback and preparing reports to support continuous improvement.
