The role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to travel extensively, with a flexible work model combining in-office and remote work in Australia. You will engage in technical demonstrations and collaborate across teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Exceptional presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Subject matter expert in payroll and workforce management.
• Knowledgeable about HCM solutions and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Draft design and implementation specifications for complex products.
• Support closure of sales by addressing questions about our solution and services.
• Assist in qualification of prospects and proof of concept builds.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist in responding to RFxs.
• Participate in discovery sessions with sales to understand client processes.
• Travel 50% or more as required.
