Job summary

Workday is seeking a Solution Consultant specialized in Workforce Management and Payroll to support the Sales team. You will bring subject-matter expertise and credibility with C-level HR leadership to influence sales outcomes.

You should have proven experience in payroll application pre-sales and HCM solutions, with a track record of delivering high-impact product demonstrations and tailored design specifications.

Qualifications

• Subject-matter expert in payroll and workforce management.
• Knowledgeable about HCM enterprise solutions and HCM.
• Passionate about Workday and its impact on business growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Define design and implementation specs for Workday solutions.
• Assist in closing sales by addressing questions on our solution, services and training.
• Support qualification of prospects, demo criteria, and proof-of-concept builds.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist sales in RFx responses.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand current processes and gaps.
• Apply ERP-product knowledge to assist sales and customers.
• Travel 50% or more as needed.
