Job summary
Programmed GO is hiring for a hands-on HC Driver and Labourer to support road maintenance and asphalt projects across the region. You will operate HC vehicles, transport materials, and assist the crew with labouring tasks, while adhering to safety procedures and pre-start checks.
The role offers casual ongoing employment with consistent work, overtime opportunities, and the chance to gain experience with a leading Australian road and infrastructure company.
Qualifications
- Current HC Driver Licence required.
- Current White Card required.
- Experience operating heavy vehicles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to perform general labouring duties.
- Reliable, hardworking with good communication.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
Responsibilities
- Operate HC vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials, equipment and supplies to worksites.
- Assist road/asphalt crew with general labouring duties as needed.
- Complete daily pre-start checks and report vehicle issues.
- Follow traffic management and safety procedures.
- Travel to different project sites in the region.
- Be available for early starts, overtime and some weekend work.
