Linda Werner & Associates is seeking a Project Coordinator III in Redmond, WA, to support our R&D hardware operations. The role focuses on hardware inventory management, device logistics, and procurement activities with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project/operations coordination, strong organizational and communications skills, and experience with AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination or operations coordination, procurement, logistics, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, Office 365, and related productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Inventory Management & Device Logistics: manage inventory and distribution of prototypes and commercial devices.
• Coordinate procurement activities supporting R&D operations and create/pursue purchase requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address procurement delays and issues.
• Work with external vendors to resolve purchasing, logistics, and invoicing discrepancies.
• Prepare project updates and operational reports for management.
