Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation seeks a Technical Program Manager for our Redmond operations. The role focuses on documenting and tracking complex cross-functional operations, coordinating procurement activities, drafting NDAs and SOWs, and overseeing budget alignment with POs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM or research operations, strong cross-functional communication, and proven experience in procurement, contracts, and budget management, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or research operations.
• Able to operate and communicate across highly technical domains and with external partners.
• Experience with complex procurement workflows: supplier research, quotes, purchase requests, order tracking, vendor follow-up.
• Understanding of NDAs, SOWs.
• Experience budget tracking, reconciliation, and PO-to-budget matching.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple parallel workstreams and follow up independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Project management: document and track cross-functional operations; maintain action items and follow up with owners to drive closure.
• Procurement operations: research suppliers, onboard suppliers, obtain quotes, track orders, and track complex BOMs or equipment purchasing.
• Contracts: draft, route, and track NDAs, SOWs, and related agreements with legal, researchers, and vendors.
• Budgeting: track budgets, perform budget reconciliation, and match POs to budget lines.
• Team & travel operations: support travel planning, onsite vendor visits, and team events.
