Job summary

SRG Hospitality’s Ripples Milsons Point is reopening soon and recruiting a Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house from the first cover. You will build the team, set the service model and own the guest experience as the venue opens.

You will manage opening recruitment, training, and onboarding, align with the Head Chef, and drive performance against budget while maintaining RSA, food safety, and WHS standards across a premium, high‑volume site.

Qualifications

• Premises leadership and premium service experience
• Ability to manage labour cost and rostering to trade
• Knowledge of wage compliance and RSA requirements

Responsibilities

• Recruit, induct and train the front‑of‑house team before opening
• Direct service periods, briefings, and guest experience management
• Control revenue, labour cost, covers and average spend against budget
• Roster and ensure payroll accuracy under the Hospitality Award
• Develop the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Supervisors for depth
• Ensure RSA, food safety, licence conditions and WHS compliance
• Collaborate with Head Chef for consistent front/back of house standards
